Lexington GIG (Getting Involved Group) Holds Free Seminar


The Getting Involved Group (GIG) invites you to a free seminar on Saturday, December 2nd from 2:00 PM-4:30 PM, at the Lexington Community Center (39 Marrett Road). The session is intended to educate the Indian American community on why and how to get involved in the activities and governance of the town. It will feature a key note address by Suzie Barry, Chairman- Board of Selectmen, Lexington, MA. All interested persons are welcome to attend this free event. Light refreshments will be available.

Have you always wanted to create your own mobile application but dreaded programming? Are you a non-tech person who wants to keep up with technological advancements? Or do you just want to impress your friends? Well if you answered yes to any of these questions or consider yourself to be “in the zone”, the Mobile App Building Workshop is for you! This event will be held on December 9th at Tufts University’s Medford Campus and will run from 10 am to 5 pm. It is open to ages 8+ and no prior coding experience is needed.
