From ancient times, the Guru has been revered in the Indian tradition as one who leads the spiritual aspirant on the path to liberation - or quite literally, the 'dispeller of darkness' - according to one Sanskrit interpretation. In addition, the teacher also serves as the student's source of inspiration through his exemplary life.  His teachings help to mold one's moral values, encourage self-discipline and spiritual practices all of which lead to a gradual evolution of the student's inner spiritual potential.

We worship Sri SaiBaba Maharaj as our Sadguru as, just like every year, we celebrate guru Purnima this year on 8th July. On this auspicious occasion,  we worship and show our gratitude to SAI who has been guiding us through our lives. On this special day, we also celebrate the successful culmination of this year's annual Palkhi festival. Sri SaiBaba's Palkhi and Padukas graced the homes of over 160 devotees during May-Jun-July summer months. As we conclude the festival, Palkhi procession will be held within the temple premises  by singing glory of the lord with the beats of drums and melodious Bhajans. May SaiBaba bless us all always.

NESSP is an independent local organization that has been serving the devotee needs for last nine years. In addition to temple related activities, NESSP also believes in helping the community that its part of. The organization has an active Charitable and Philanthropy charter. The different charitable activities NESSP has undertaken in the past are: Disaster Relief, Annadaan (food donation) to the homeless, Winter Clothes drive – Collection and distribution of warm winter clothes to the needy. Red Cross Blood donation drives, Lowell General hospital cancer center walks. NESSP Conducts Free health camp and Dental camps, Meditation and Yoga sessions. For kids, NESSP Conducts chess classes, Annual Academic competitions. NESSP is run by a dedicated team of volunteers.
