Desai Foundation To Host Spring Garba

On Saturday, May 13th, join the Desai Foundation in an evening of raas garba dance, traditional Gujarati music, & dinner in celebration of spring! SPRING GARBA will be taking place at the Hilton Boston- Woburn at 7pm. The illustrious DJ Yogz will be spinning the beats for you and your friends to dance the new season in!

100% of your $25 ticket admission will go directly to the Desai Foundation's vocational programs for rural women in Gujarat. The Desai Foundation offers sewing classes, computer classes, sanitary napkin making and sales programs, along with many other vocational programs to ensure that every rural woman has the opportunity to dream beyond their circumstances.

Women are the backbone of any community. Supporting women is essential to overall growth, as 90% of what women earn is invested back into their community. So come start spring on a positive note, supporting women back in India and celebrating with the Boston desi community!
