VT Seva Organizes BLOOM 2017

Press Release
04/13/2017

VT Seva stands for Volunteering Together for Service.  Our Goal is to give hope to those who need it most by serving and spreading love. Our focus lies on providing education for the visually challenged, tribals, conducting cancer screening medical camps, community efforts, including providing immediate relief efforts like shelter, food aid to the victims of natural disasters, community awareness, and educational opportunities. We firmly believe it takes a village to raise a child, and if you work on creating the most well equipped society you can, so many problems simply work themselves out.

Cancer is a disease that is impacting every single one of us directly or indirectly. Many among our friends or family have been through the wrenching experience of someone close to us battling cancer. BLOOM is an attempt to showcase art-forms from East / West to local community and to show that through Arts, “We Care, and Give Hope”. The proceeds from this event help support VT Seva’s Cancer outreach activities specifically supporting Cancer awareness and Screening camps in India. We have volunteers in many states of India and across the world. We have conducted Cancer screening camps in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, New Delhi and Nepal to list a few.

"Expect to have hope rekindled. Expect your prayers to be answered in wondrous ways. The dry seasons in life do not last. The spring rains will come again.” ~~  Sarah Ban Breathnach

With that hope, VTSeva Volunteers of Boston organize annual event which includes Music, Dance and Education at the advent of Spring.
