First Ever New Hampshire Ekal Appathon

Join us for some fun at the New Hampshire Chapter of Ekal Vidyalaya Appathon: Workshop & Competition

In this developing world full of technology, are you interested in establishing yourself as a major player? Do you want to have fun while being creative and building an app? You can do all this and more, all while helping children in India recieve a proper education. Join the New Hampshire Chapter of Ekal Vidyalaya for their first ever Appathon! 

Information About the Appathon:

No prior experience is necessary in order to participate in this fun, hands on event. Ekal Youth Leaders will lead a hands-on workshop in the morning in order to teach everyone how to use an app building software. Later in the day, participants will be put in teams and use their new found knowledge to take part in a competition. In this competition, they will have to build there own app or a prototype of it. Ekal Youth Leaders will help them if necessary. Finally, all teams will present their app to the judges. 

All participants will recieve certificates and winners of the competition will be awarded trophies.

Adults and children 8 years and older are welcome to participate. Each participant must bring their own laptop. A lunch of pizza will be provided.
