Sadhguru said that in his signature book, he narrated the personal experiences and deep insights that have transformed his own life and consciousness. More than that, he spoke to audience about some procedures for personal transformation that are drawn from the venerable teachings of his yogic masters who still continue to inspire him. He stated that throughout the ages, many spiritual leaders tried to find answers to the questions: ‘Who are we?' and 'What is our purpose of life?' in their own ways while his contemporary Inner Engineering is a loving reinforcement to live our best lives and a profound reassurance of why and how we can achieve this. Sadhguru’s speech also offered simple instructions to the audience on how to improve one’s experience and the quality of life along with spiritual awakening, thus creating joy.

He shared his funny and inspiring stories to get his ideas across the audience. He guided the audience in simple, little exercises that would help create a more simple and joyful life. It seemed, most of the advice presented was very down-to-earth and the audience were very much engaged and engrossed in his speech. At the end of the program he got down from the stage and walked amongst the big crowd in attendance.

The Isha Volunteers from Boston organized the event very meticulously. The audience was amiably welcomed to a gorgeous afternoon event and thanked profusely for coming and making the event a grand success. The program was started and ended with melodious songs by the Sounds of Isha.  Their rhythmic drum beating made the audiences’ meditation experience a unique one.
