Kultar's Mime: The Journey So Far
On January 30th, Mehr Kaur's play will come back to Boston again after its 25th performance. The play is about the violence that shook Delhi after the assassination of Prime Minister, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, almost thirty years earlier. The play has had 25 performances including one in the house of Lords in England.

IAGB To Celebrate Republic Day 2015
IAGB will celebrate Republic Day 2015 at the Burlington High School on January 31st with seating starting at 3:00 pm. The theme of the event is Naari Shakti and will feature a dance segment, a live music segment, a competition segment featuring various regional organizations, and honoring a few women form the community for their professional and community service. Sounds Of India Turns 40
Despite a snow storm, the event to honor 40 years of Sounds of India, a radio show hosted by Harish and Binita Dang attracted a large group of supporters who were diehard fans of the show. The event hosted by Praveen Misra, Anuradha and Prashanth Palakurthi, Meena and Mohan Subramanium, Preetesh Srivastava and others was a great tribute to the Dangs.

Bharatanatyam Lecture Demonstration At The Museum Of Fine Arts, Boston
Sunanda Narayanan and her students of the Thillai Fine Arts Academy in Newton performed two engaging Bharathanatyam lecture-demonstrations at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston on March 15th and 18th, 2015. The programs, which ran a full 3 hours, led the viewer through an exposition of classical Bharatanatyam, which followed the traditional margam.
