Our hearts go out to the residents of Chennai as they battle the floods.  The state is battling one of the worst floods in 100 years. Several districts are submerged, 2500 villages waterlogged, 20 million affected, and, 259 known deaths. Sixty percent of the capital city of Chennai is underwater. Thousands of families are still stranded and awaiting help. More rain is expected over the next three days.
