This was performed under the guidance of the priests Sri Satish Sharma and Sri Nagendra Sastry.

NESSP received an overwhelming response from the community requesting Baba’s palkhi to their homes and to gratify the devotee’s requests; NESSP has extended the palkhi procession to go on for 10 weekends and plans to conclude on the weekend of Guru poornima. NESSP, this year is taking Sai palkhi to almost 200 devotee homes across the New England area. As a part of the procession all the volunteer devotees along with priests are continuously planting their efforts to run the entire procession smoothly. Each weekend palkhi is beautifully decorated with flowers and garlands with a specific theme. Baba’s Palkhi is accompanied by Lakshmi Kalash held by a kanya(Young Girl). At each house the devotees sing the glory of the lord in the form of bhajan and chant hymns with spiritual merriment and bliss.
