Anuradha Yadav as TiE-Boston's new Executive Director.  Anu is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and has been involved with TiE-Boston for many years. As the Co-Chair of the Social Entrepreneurship ("SE") Special Interest Group, Anu has been instrumental in organizing panels regarding social entrepreneurship, planning for the Forum for Social Entrepreneurs (the TiE-SE annual conference), and fundraising. She has also been an active mentor and advisor to social impact companies at MassChallenge (the largest startup accelerator in Boston).

Anu was born and raised in Vermont, where she went on to become a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Vermont (“UVM”).  She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut.  Anu has served as a trustee on the UVM Board of Trustees and is currently an Emeriti trustee as well as a member of the UVM Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Anu has been a corporate attorney with 10 years of experience practicing law at State Street Bank and Trust Company, Ropes & Gray, LLP, Brown Rudnick, LLP in Boston, MA and DLA Piper LLP in Atlanta, GA.  She has represented start-up companies from initial formation, through venture capital financings, and acquisitions. Prior to her corporate career, Anu clerked for the Honorable William K. Sessions, III, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.

Anu chose to transition to a career that fulfills her passion to serve the community and we are delighted and fortunate that she chose TiE-Boston as the venue for this purpose. We are excited and confident that Anu's leadership will help us take TiE-Boston to the next level, growing our programs for the next generation of entrepreneurs, strengthening the networking and mentoring opportunities for Charter Members and making TiE-Boston the major force behind entrepreneurs in the New England area.
