Salman has accepted the invite of Indian PM Narendra Modi and has rolled up his sleeves to be the part of latter's "Clean Indian Campaign (Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan)". An in order to prove is adherence to the initiative Salman took up a clean-up drive in Karjat and shared pictures of himself along with his team sweeping and cleaning up the streets of the locality. While sharing his pics on twitter Salman thanked NaMo for including him in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and tweeted,"I once again thank @narendramodi for taking up the Swachh Bharat initiative and nominating me."

Parineeti Chopra, who is single, says she hopes to meet her Mr. Right soon. "I have not found someone interesting yet. For a long time, I have been looking for the right guy, but haven't found yet," she said humorously. The actress added: "But still I am very happy and hope to find my love soon. I hope to find somebody interesting this year." She was speaking at the "Kill Dil" song launch, which also coincided with her 26th birthday.Another thing on her to do list is to get some singing offer soon. "Singing is my first love. Hope I get great offers for singing this year. I will see to it that it happens this year," she said.

Priyanka Chopra is the latest celeb to have fallen victim to conjunctivitis. The actress stated on Twitter yesterday, "What a downer!!!!! Shoot cancelled! Diwali cancelled! Instead I sit in bed with conjunctivitis!!! Aaaargh! I could kill someone!" PeeCee had been shooting for 'Bajirao Mastani'. She even posted a snapshot of her red eye saying, "Don't look."

Govinda refused to do a film, the remake of superhit Marathi movie "Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho", offered by friend Salman Khan. He says he isn't interested in doing "arty film" with the superstar. The "Haseena Maan Jaayegi" star said that Salman is a "dear friend" and when the superstar approached him with the script, he was "not excited" about it. "I didn't like it. Later, Salman said he will make a few changes in the script and came to me again with it, but again it didn't interest me. I thought it's a very arty film and I don't want to do an arty film at least with Salman Khan," Govinda told reporters in a group interview.

Sonakshi Sinha, who is making her Tamil debut opposite superstar Rajinikanth in upcoming Tamil actioner "Lingaa", says she thoroughly enjoyed working in the film and also learnt from the experience. "Lingaa is done!! Thanks to @superstarrajini sir and the entire team for this opportunity. Enjoyed working on this film and learnt a lot," Sonakshi tweeted Monday. Directed by K.S. Ravi Kumar, "Lingaa" marks Rajinikanth's third film with the filmmaker after "Muthu" and "Padayappa". The film, which is slated for release Dec 12, also features Anushka Shetty, Santhanam and Karunakaran in important roles.
