Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour
mixture over the tofu. Seal container and shake. Leave for an hour or more (overnight is good) Take kebab sticks and soak in water for ten minutes.Place tofu and vegetables alternately (each color alternating is attractive) onto the kebab sticks and
continue until all ingredients are used. (for most that means to add boiling water/stock, salt and oil/butter and let it steam). Cool it.
Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. With wet hands, form patties and brush them with olive oil. Barbecue.
