I love Lead Kindly Light. Isn't it interesting that it's by John Cardinal Newman, who wrote it dunirg his own quest for religious truth as he transitioned from Anglicanism to Roman Catholicism. But it has meaning for all of us, regardless of our religious affiliation. I asked that it be sung at the dedication of the Jane Manning James monument, because Jane's life story talks about walking in the dark and finally seeing a light in the distance.
