Self-Empowerment
Everyone in the world wants to lead a happy and peaceful life, but are being influenced instead by situations and circumstances which can create feelings of sorrow, stress, burden and despair. It is therefore important for each and everyone to empower themselves, to realign with the changing environment and to nurture self-esteem and self-control. During this interactive evening we shall explore, rediscover and develop the inner spiritual powers, virtues and values that lie deep within each of us. The objective is to become aware of the true self and create powerful positive thoughts and attitudes that strengthen our mind and body.
