VPS Yoga Retreat 2008
VPS is offering a day long yoga retreat, open to all ages! From children to seniors we can learn so much! Please join us for yoga asana (gentle postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation, Kirtan (chanting and dancing), massage, reiki, laughter yoga, and listening to the wisdom of seniors. We'd love to join you in this celebration of peace and love!

Directions: Directions to Clifford Marshall School, Quincy: From North on I-93 (and Boston): Take Route 93 South to Neponset exit #12. Stay in right lane and follow Quincy sign. You will come to a traffic light. Take a slight right and go over the bridge. Keep left at the fork, following the sign for “Squantumâ€, “Wollaston Beachâ€. Keep going on this road, “Quincy Shore Driveâ€, for about 3 miles. At the very end of the road make a right at the light (3A) onto Sea Street and follow the road to the next traffic light (Quincy Police Headquarters is on your left). Turn left onto Southern Artery and go straight for a little over 1 mile; you will see Clifford Marshall Elementary School parking lot on your left. Park ANYWHERE, even in the unauthorized (DO NOT ENTER) parking lot in the back – it’s OK for this event! From South on I-93 (and Rt. 128/I-95): Take 93 North towards Braintree. Take exit #7 for Rte 3 South - stay in the right lane and continue to follow the sign for T Station/Quincy Ctr. - see exit #18 immediately. Follow exit #18 staying left as you then go left to take exit #18 T Station/Quincy Ctr. then follow to overpass. Go straight through 4 traffic lights (including the one at the overpass) along train tracks. At the 5th light turn right onto Granite Street (tall Stop & Shop building in front of you). At the next traffic light turn right on to Hancock St and go straight, through 4 traffic lights, then stay left. At the 5th traffic light take a Left onto Southern Artery (you will see a sign for Wall-Mart on your right). Go through 2 traffic lights and take a right immediately after the second light into Clifford Marshall Elementary School parking lot. Park ANYWHERE, even in the unauthorized (DO NOT ENTER) parking lot in the back – it’s OK for this event! From South on Rt. 3: Take exit #19 and follow sign for Quincy Ctr. then follow T Station/Quincy Ctr. to overpass. Go straight through 4 traffic lights (including the one at the overpass) along train tracks. At the 5th light, turn right onto Granite Street (tall Stop & Shop building in front of you).
