Diwali Nite 2006 / Sangam
Diwali Nite 2006 is yet another gala event of Sangam featuring excellent Indian music, dance, culture, ambience and three course mouthwatering dinner! We strive to bring you a fun filled and entertaining evening celebrating the annual festival of Diwali in a captivatingly decorated Walker Memorial at MIT. We look forward to seeing many of you there bathing in rich Indian cultural heritage! Sangam has been organizing Diwali Nite from last six years now, and the event has been accruing immense popularity with each passing year. We are expecting about 700 people to attend the function, which will present variety of cultural performances for all palate ranging from classical to contemporary music, from comedy skits to home-made videos, from filmi songs to karnatic vocals, from bhangra to bharatnatyam, and much more! Performances will be complemented by delicious Indian dinner!
