Mudra
In "Mudra", MIT Natya will present dances that are usually performed in a traditional Bharathanatyam recital. The show will contain various types of dances that highlight the two important aspects of Bharathanatyam- Nritta (footwork) and Abhinya (expressions to show emotion). In addition, there will be a demonstration of the basic aspects of Bharathanatyam at the start of the show, in a piece that will be synchronized to live music played by members of our group.
