200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Ekam Yogashala is hosting a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Rishikesh, India. The training is designed for yoga enthusiasts who want to deepen their practice and knowledge, and also for those who want to become certified yoga teachers. The program includes traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practices, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, and philosophy classes.
