III. Oct 7-8-9 YOGA Program: 1 to 5 PM on all three days YOGA Practices for STRESS MANAGEMENT:
1. OM Meditation (22 mts Practice) :
Benefit: Offers Twice the RELAXATION of Normal Sleep.
2. Cyclic Meditation (44 mts Practice)
Benefit: offers Thrice the RELAXATION of Normal Sleep.
3. Related Philosophy – Art of Stress Free Living!
4. Memory Improvement:
Suggested Contribution $101.00 for Each Program – Tax deductible to the extent allowable by IRS. May be, your Medical Insurance cover it partially or fully!
