| South Asian Healthcare Leadership Forum Announces Summer Scholars Program |

The South Asian Healthcare Leadership Forum (SAHLF) is proud to announce that its members will be hosting up to 10 US college students of South Asian descent for its Summer Scholars Program. The Summer Scholars Program will offer the opportunity for US college students to take part in unique internships with SAHLF members and partner organizations within healthcare delivery, policy, and research.
This year’s hosts for the Summer Scholars Program includes:
• Dr. Ashish Jha, MD MPH; K.T. Li Professor of International Health, Harvard School of Public Health
• Dr. Sanjay Saint, MD MPH; Professor of Internal Medicine, University of Michigan
• Mr. Jay Desai, MBA BBA; CEO and Co-Founder, PatientPing
• Dr. Kavita Patel, MD MPH; Managing Director, Engelberg Center for Health Reform, Brookings Institution
• Dr. Tejal Gandhi, MD MPH; President, National Patient Safety Foundation
• Dr. Sachin Jain, MD MBA; Chief Medical Officer, CareMore
• Dr. Trishan Panch, MD MPH; Founder and CMO, WellFrame
• Dr. Geeta Nayyar, MD MBA; Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Florida International University

Scholars will be selected by April 15th, 2015.
The South Asian Healthcare Leadership Forum (SAHLF) is a group of premier South Asian healthcare professionals across clinical practice, academia, entrepreneurship, technology and management. SAHLF is dedicated to bringing together, organizing, and fostering leadership in a growing South Asian healthcare community. SAHLF was founded by Dr. Sachin Jain (Chief Medical Officer, CareMore), Dr. Aman Bhandari (Former Senior Adviser, White House), and Mr. Vishal Arora (Fulbright Scholar, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine). Its advisory board includes Mr. Aneesh Chopra, Dr. Ashish Jha, Dr. Rainu Kaushal, Dr. Nirav Shah, Mrs. Simmi Singh, and Dr. Krishna
